Welcome to WebMON the web enabled setup and monitoring utility for the 5300 Blue Fusion Controller.

Use WebMON to conveniently setup and configure the controller via your web browser.    Should you need Help, in using WebMON, the manual is located at the CTC website.

Model 5300 features highlights:

  • Fully modular architecture. The 5300 series lets the user optimize the controller configuration for each application.  Choose from multiple CPU’s, and a wide array of I/O and motion modules to build the perfect system.  Up to 32 I/O or motion modules can be connected to a single CPU allowing real-time control of up to 1,024 I/O channels and 16 motion axes.
  • Ethernet QuickLink (EQL) Remote I/O: For applications that require more than 1,024 I/O or require distributed I/O, the 5300 supports CTC’s Ethernet QuickLink (EQL) high speed remote I/O. EQL nodes can be located up to 100 meters apart and are easily connected with standard Ethernet cables:  no hubs, routers, or switches required.
  • Rugged Industrial Design. The all metal design makes the 5300 ideal for harsh environments that can experience extreme operating temperatures, shock and vibration.
  • Industry Leading I/O density.   I/O modules are available in 4, 8, 16, and 32 channel versions and feature pluggable terminal blocks for direct wiring.  Each module is only 0.75” wide by 4.1” tall providing an I/O density of 7.4 channels per square inch of panel space.
  • Crossfire Dual CPU technology.   The modular 5300 architecture allows a second CPU processor to be added for increased performance or redundancy. CTC’s crossfire technology enables the two CPUs to seamlessly share information and controller recourses.
  • Removable Flash Disk: CPU’s can be equipped with a Secure Digital flash drive providing up to 2 GB of storage for data-logging, large CT webHMI projects, and system files. It is even possible to set the 5300 to boot from the SD card enabling rapid controller change-out without the need for a PC.
  • Web Enabled features:  The Model 5300 supports CTC's patented web server technology, enabling users to securely monitor and control process variables over intranets or the Internet using a standard web browser.  By using CTC’s  webHMI software customers can create graphical HMI projects that can be hosted on the 5300’s web server giving any browser based device interactive HMI functionality.
